Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If your order has not yet shipped and falls within this window, contact us and we’ll take care of it right away.

All products are backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Items purchased within 30 days may be returned for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Code A — Wrong item received
  • Code B — Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Code C — Item does not meet quality expectations

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical impact after delivery are not eligible for return.


Product Warranty

Beyond the 30-day return window, all products are protected by our warranty replacement program:

  • Screen Protectors — 180-Day Coverage. Tempered glass and soft film protectors, covered from date of purchase.
  • All Other Products — 365-Day Coverage. Cases, mounts, cables, chargers, cooling fans, car accessories, and all other products.

If your product fails under normal use within the warranty period, we’ll arrange a replacement at no charge. Physical damage, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.


How to Start a Return or Claim

Contact our support team at sx2021025@outlook.com to initiate a return or warranty claim. All returns must be pre-authorized — packages returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and packing instructions.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders)
  • Opened or used screen protectors — eligible for warranty replacement instead
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–7 days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.


Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fees vary by carrier.
  • Our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective on arrival): We cover all return shipping costs — no charge to you.
